Didn't get online to blog here, been so busy outside...
I've been able to keep up with the meal plan and strength training although I had to take it easy with the workouts at the beginning of the week cos of some lower back pain so I did what I could and gently... but.. I know the back problems will decrease as I strengthen my muscles especially the stomach and back muscles...
I haven't been checking my weight, although I did measure myself today..
I've lost two inches off the chest, 31/2inches off the waist, 4 inches off my hips, 1 inch off my biceps, 3 inches off my thighs...
I decided to measure myself today cos I felt I was moving easier, I'm not walking along as if I'm 75 yrs old now and my clothes felt a tiny bit looser....lol
