so, last week's goals ended up being a complete bust unfortunately. I stupidly got a really bad sunburn last weekend, which ended up making any fitness activities impossible. So I'm not going to even talk about last week :)
Moving on...
This week's goals!!
1) Complete Phase 2 Week 3 - 3 days
2) 2 days of couch to 5k week 4
3) Saturday is my first 5k run! I'm pumped.. Even though I can't really run a 5k yet, we are going to go and run/walk.. pretty much a normal c25k session, but with a crowd :) The 5k is only a couple blocks away from where we live, so I thought it would be a lot of fun to use that as my first real run! Once I finally graduate couch to 5k, I am going to hopefully sign up for a 5k run once every couple months to keep me motivated, and keep working my way up from there. I want to be a runner!
