Week 1 Phase 3

Last week was a very successful week. Started back on the GHF workout plan with Kine and having her as my workout buddy has proved to be very motivational. Days that I didn't really feel like going to the gym right away I went because I knew she was going to be there. Plus we compliment eachother. Where I am weak she is strong and vise verse. She likes Barbell workouts and I like Dumbbell workouts. So we help eachother in the those areas.

This past week has been the first time I have actually been sore the next day. that hasn't happened for a long time. And I owe it to Kine for pushing me that little bit extra.
