Sorting out the carb cycling

I started to apply the principles of the GHF diet yesterday and was quite good until the evning when Brian gave me the remains of his choclate easter egg - not a lot - but not ideal for a low carb day.
Also I had a couple of glasses of wine while watching the wrestling.
Today I decided to have my low carb days Sunday through Thursday and my high carb days on Friday and Saturday. Julie's e-book has been very helpful together with Chad's customised plan in helping me plan my nutritional goals for the next few months. I like having a couple of glasses of wine while I watch the wrestling so I am going to record the programmes and catch up on Friday and Sat evening when I can have a couple of glasses of wine on both nights.
