So, everytime I've tried to get in shape I've gone through the same routine.
I do really good for 2-3 weeks. Then something comes up and I miss a workout. Next thing you know I'm making excuses. I'll say to myself, "I'll catch up tomorrow..." or "I did such and such today, that's like a workout..."
Well, today was one of those days. For some background, right now I work in Detroit, but live in the Chicago area. My work has a furnished apartment for me, and I go home every weekend.
So, today was my travel day to work, and it was a long day. I got to my apartment and I had every excuse in the book ready. Long drive, long day, headache, blah blah blah...Cubs are on ESPN tonight.
