First off does anyone know how to make my picture smaller? It is huge.
Here are my day 2 meals.
meal 1
whey protien shake with water and a special k bar
meal 2
chicken breast and carrots
meal 3
tuna with lemon and carrots
meal 4
whey protien shake with water
meal 5
cottage cheese and small green salad
I'm not sure what I am going to do for excercise tonight but I will report that tomorrow. I don't like oatmeal or anything with wheat so I am again having a hard time with the startchy carbs. I know the special k bar doesn't count as a healthy starchy carb, it was in my desk drawer so I ate it.
