I haven't posted in a while because there really hasn't been much good to report. Finished the challenge but then mentally went crazy with food. why do I constantly do that?
My workouts have been inconsistant but I haven't been inactive.
I decided not to submit the after challenge forms because I don't feel that it was winner numbers. I did awesome on the strength test:
Legg Press: 81,5kg/179lbs start, 107kgs/235.5lbs finish
Bench Press Bb: 30kg/66lbs start, 47.5kg/104.5lbs finish
Body fat changes only 2%. But I have to remember that by all standards I am within normal range, 22%.
