Michelle's Journey Day 3

Day 3 meals

meal 1
whey protien shake

tuna with lemon, carrots,lite cranberry juice

tuna and small green salad

whey protien shake, carrots

Had 2 cosmopolitions with the girls last night. I knew I shouldn't have stopped but I did. I was thinking I would just meet them and drink water, that did not work. Tomorrow (Sunday), I am going to prepare all my meals so I can balance out my carbs and protien. What about corn tortillas as a starchy carb?

Exercise... I need to be accountable for this. I have a treadmill in my bedroom, a small gym at my apartment complex and belong to Carolina Girl's ladies gym and own all of the firm dvd's and have done nothing for the past 3 days, heck for the last month. I leave the house for work at 8:30am and get home around 7:45. I am to lazy in the mornings to get out of bed and to tired in the evenings when I get home from work. I know once I start a routine of working out again I will have more energy and feel better, so that is my goal for this week.

3 for 3

Well, I'm proud to say that I got all 3 of my stength training workouts in this week. So that's pretty good for me. In the past I ALWAYS find an excuse...now I'm pushing the excuses out of my mind.

I'm proud of this...its been a long time since I've been so focused and dedicated on getting all my workouts in.

As far as progress in concerned, I've noticed some improvements. I have an Accu-Measure body fat caliper.

A few weeks ago I was getting skin fold measurements around 25-26 mm. Now I'm getting consistent measurements around 22-23 mm. Its not a huge improvement, but not bad for 3 weeks.
