Had a great workout today!

Its a new week and I've got a training partner now, and that is really helping out!!
We started on phase 3 week 1 workout 1 again this week, and I felt that I did achieve much more than last week when I did week 1 on my own.

Last week I did workout 1 and 2, but I had to work overtime so I didn't find the time to do workout 3. But I did ran for 45 minutes on tuesday and then ca 30 minutes on Saturday before work. And its been so wonderful weather so I'm really enjoing the outdoor running, it gives me a hole lot more energy while I'm running and for the rest of the day!

Love the strength work out I am getting, I am definitely seeing more improvement and tone since I am building muscle and losing weight. I am in week 6 of my strength workout phase 3.

Weekly Goal Check-in

Just got back from a weekend trip to San Diego. We had a great time! It did throw off my routine a lot, along with some other things that happened last week.. But I actually overcame the obstacles and completed all of last week's weekly goals anyways! :D This is 2 weeks in a row with 100% completed goals! *pats self on back*

Because of the schedule being all out of wack last week, I ended up having to do day 2 and 3 both Saturday morning.. It was a long workout, but I got everything done. I'm proud that I didn't let the change in routine throw off my goals.

This week my routine is already thrown off again since I was out of town today and missed my normal Monday lunch time workout. So, I have to work around that.. But here are the goals for this week!!
