So I started last week wed, so tomorrow is one week and I will report my weight lose. I'm doing well, each day it gets easier, my hardest thing is if I have to got out for the day and might have to stop and eat some where and chosing the thing. It's safe at home I know what's in what I prepare.
I'm very excited and feeling great.
