Week 2 - Great

OK so today was weigh in day, I lost 6 lbs, so that is a total of 14 lbs. I was so surprised when I weight myself this morning I had to have hubby come over and read the number for me.

I went out to dinner to night so I splurged on reg dressing and a low fat/ sugar free desert. I didn't get my cardio work out in but I did go Kayaking today for a little while, it was the 1st time I have ever done it, it was fun and if it doesn't rain tomorrow I'm going again, and I'll get a cardio work out in.
