Frustrated

Ok so I weighed myself this morning and I'm 216, Wed I was 211, we did replace the battery in the scale because we could see the numbers well, so I'm just hoping that maybe wed when I weighted the scale was wrong and that I haven't gained 5 lbs, that's insane! I know my eating has been a little off 2 days this week but to gain 5 lbs would be just crazy!

OK I ate better today, No exercise though. It doesn't seem like I have enough calories but I'm not hungry.
