I went to the gym last night at 7pm. I was hoping that the crowds would have died down but found that it was fairly crowded. I hate going there when it is crowded.

I am going to make an attempt to work out early in the morning for now on- I am trying to find a time that I can commit to every day work out at that time.

I also fixed my bicycle and am planning to use it to commute to school.

Nutritionally I have done OK. I consumed dr. pepper a few times but have reduced my consumption considerably and am drinking more water. I am looking into buying a juicer so I can drink vegetable juice and hopefully I can replace dr. pepper for vegetable juice...

Ready to start this new experience

robgarza79@yahoo.com.mx's picture

Hi, My name is Roberto Garza and I`m from Queretaro México. I´m starting this new membership very excited and ready to go with everything.

Chad and Julia have been very supportive with me. From the beginning, they designed a very complete workout/cardio program, and Chad is helping me designing my nutrition diet.

I´m planning to start this program formally next Monday 23th, with my workout program and also all my meals.

I will be blogging all my advance, and if anyone would like to provide feedback, you´re welcome. I would like to know people like you that have achieved good results.

Doing better

mheide@littleappletech.com's picture

The scale has been "stuck" now for a few weeks in a row, and I was starting to feel discouraged. I did notice that some of my shorts were maybe a little looser, so I dug out the fat caliper, and HOORAY!! I've definately lost some fat. That helped me regain my momentum to keep moving forward. I've been following the workout plan, and have really enjoyed mixing up the cardio. I often take the bike out, park it and then alternate running and brisk walking. I also take my girls out for hikes a couple times a week- it's so great to be out. No bears or anything exciting yet!! I'm just so thankful for the sunshine after weeks of rain. I'm looking forward to a less smoky summer- we should have far fewer fires here.

weigh once a week

jenn@aldaynet.org's picture

I haven't blogged in a day or so, i'm getting the hang of what to eat, I have decided I need to stay away from the scale, I'll weigh in Weds only. I feel great and I don't want to be a slave to the scale.

I wanted to welcome the new people to the program.

Jenn
