Day 6

Hello, I'm so glad the site is back, I missed blogging.
Today is my day 6 and I feel great, I'm loving this program. Everyday does seem to get better.

I could tell a difference this morning when I put on my pants, they weren't as tight. I just finished my excercise and will post it all tonight.

Hooping

Ok, so I went out on sunday after work and got some stuff to make my own hoola hoop, I am starting Hoop dance for cardio, I am not taking any classes yet, but will be getting my certification to teach these classes eventually,(once I really get the tricks down). I worked this morning instead of this evening which really threw my day off, but took my new hoop with me, and I have to tell you, just from practicing those tricks and all I was really sweating. I am going back tonight to get my workout in.

Meal 4 meat balls ( ground sirloin 95% fat free)Not sure if this is correct numbers I had to use Cal King and seemed High, didn't look at package before throwing it away.
