Light Workout - More Wii

Another light workout and I'll stick with those at least until I have a consistent base. Having fun on the Wii - what an amazing system - mainly doing balance exercises on the Wii.

So, today I recieved my exercise plan! Super excited! However, I think I did the wrong phase. I think I'm a little lost in that department. But, I realized that after. I'll have to email Julia about that.

Here's how my day went(as far as food):
For breakfast, I had a bowl of Shredded Wheat (3 biscuits) with a cup and a half of 2% milk.
For a snack, I had a medium sized banana.
Lunch, I had a fresh peppered turkey (from the deli) sandwich with pepper jack cheese (also sliced at the deli) with only mustard and two slices of whole wheat grain & nut bread.
Snack 2, I had another banana.
For dinner, I had another sandwich exactly that same. (I was pressed for time and that's all I had)

Hello everyone!!

I've been on the program for a week. This week I switched from a 2 day to a 3 day weights schedule. So I'm on Phase 1 week 1. I think I have the "what to eat when" thing down!
Here's my meals for the day...

Meal 1 8am - whole wheat english muffin w/I can't believe its not butter lite and a protein shake

Meal 2 11am - 2 rice cakes with natual PB

Meal 3 2pm - a cup of potato soup (from the GHF recipes)and a tuna stuffed tomato

Meal 4 5pm - an EAS protein shake and some baby carrots

Meal 5 8pm - angus beef w/ mixed veggies and a suger free jello for dessert

The Real Day One

The Real Day One occurred yesterday, much to my satisfaction and pride. I am teh awesomeness.

I stuck to my diet (mostly) and repeated workout one, week one, of the plan Global has me on... I figured it'd be good to do the Monday workout on Monday. I'm about ready to head out for workout two, and I'll post later after that's over.

Also, thanks for your comments! It's great to know there's a community here. I enjoy being part of it.

Exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill - 2 min walk (3.5 mph) /
4 min run (4.5mph)intervals.

Food:

Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie
PWS: Morningstar Farms Veggie Cake Southwestern style
Lunch: Amy's Organic Bean and Cheddar Burrito; 1/2 cup mixed veggies
Mid PM: 1 oz almonds
Supper: 1/2 cup quinoa w/ 1/2 cup mushrooms; 1 Tbsp Nutritional Flakes; 1 Tbsp Honey
PM snack: 4 prunes, 1 smartie roll

Today as soon as I got home, I put my gym bag away and got started on supper. While the quinoa was cooking I started the dishwasher and picked up a bit. After I ate, I put 16 servings of pinto beans into these nifty foodcuber things to freeze tonight. Tomorrow I'll take those out and put in another container, then do the remaining 16 servings of beans.
