goals for the week

So last week went well and I accomplished all of my goals. But it did make me realize that I'm not really enjoying my biking class any more.. The teacher left about a month ago and since then we have a multitude of substitutes coming in to take over the class, and now I'm just not as motivated to go any more.. The substitute teachers are just not as good or motivating at all. Bleh. So I've had to think about other options for this week.

My extra cardio thing for last week ended up being a few hours of hiking, which definitely ended up being a cardio workout. It was a lot of fun though, I can't wait to go again!

1 week!

So I started last week wed, so tomorrow is one week and I will report my weight lose. I'm doing well, each day it gets easier, my hardest thing is if I have to got out for the day and might have to stop and eat some where and chosing the thing. It's safe at home I know what's in what I prepare.
I'm very excited and feeling great.
