When (or if) you are injured?

Hello. Just checking out there to see if anyone continues to workout if they have an injury. Meaning, maybe an injury to one part of the body. It's hard sometimes if you're in alot of pain. Thanks.

1 whole week down

Well last Wed was my 1st day so it's been 1 whole week. I decided wed will be my weigh in day. So I lost a total of 8 lbs, I think that's great.

Today was another good day. I went over on calories today, I will be more careful tomorrow
