Majorly achy

I have no idea why but I am totally achy today. My back and chest are killing me. I can barely move. I did my chest workout yesterday which has something to do with it, but I've been doing a variety of chest exercises for years now so this type of ache is unexpected. Maybe I didn't stretch long enough. I don't think it helps that I've been feeling a little under the weather today too.

My I did 20 minutes kickboxing this morning and I'm taking a spin class after work.

Meal 1: oatmeal and a whey protein shake (this time with strawberries)
Meal 2: an apple with a tablespoon on peanut butter

The first Tuesday of each month the bank in our office building buys breakfast from the office building deli and gives it away as a promotional tool. Last month I got a Potato and Egg burrito, fruit salad, and juice. Today, I was planning on just getting the burrito. Unfortunately, they were out and only had something with chicken in it. So, since I hadn't brought anything else, I went with the fruit salad and eating 1/2 of my almonds.

Weights & Wii

I had another light workout with my Dad on Monday and hit the Wii for 34 minutes today (Tuesday). I actually broke a pretty good sweat on the Wii today and had a lot of focus on the recommended yoga and strength exercises w/ the advanced step aerobics at the beginning and end of the workout along w/ some hoola hoop (6 min) and the downhill skiing balance game.

I don't remember everything I ate but had the egg beaters w/ ...hmmmm, i think it was turkey bacon(?) only 20 calories a slice w/ 5 grams of protein which I thought was pretty good. The fruits I've been eating lately are fresh cut cantelope, watermelon, pineapple and bananas which tend to get eaten with breakfast and again as a dessert w/ dinner.
