Okay Dokay....

(I figure I'm going to upload progressive photos until I've reached my goal, then I'm going to post a the old and new side by side to wow everyone, haha...)

Anyway...

Meal One:(9am) I slept through it :(

Meal Two:(11am) 6oz(normal size can) of Tuna Fish mixed with Salsa, and 2 servings(10 crackers) of Mulit-grain Saltine Crackers. 8oz glass of that sugar free juice stuff(I think it's like Crytal Light. I'm not a huge fan, but I don't want to waste it.

Snack One:(1pm) 2 Tbsp of 100% Peabut butter :P Mmm

Meal Three:(2:45pm) 4oz Chicken & 2 medium Strawberries

Workout:(3:20pm) Went to gym and did Phase 3, Week 3, Workout 1. Pressed for time so I came home to do Cardio. I went Jogging/Walking(fast) for 2.8 miles, IT WAS TOO HOT TODAY! I did 'bout 30min!! Which is fine, but I usually can go way longer.

It's gonna be a scorcher

The weather here in the east is hot and humid. It'll make my spin class after work rather difficult, but I'm anxious to go because I finally invested in cycling shoes (this after almost 10 years of taking spin). So I've got 50 minutes of that after work. I did 20 minutes of kickbox before work.

I'll definitely be drinking plenty of water, even more than usual (I usually get around 48 oz or so).

Meal 1: oatmeal with protein freeze, 1/2 cup egg whites
Meal 2: apple with 1 tbsp almond butter
Meal 3: turkey sandwich on reduced calorie whole wheat bread with veggies, and a hard boiled egg

What a wonderful day, everything went well at work and I feel so relaxed! I must say God is so good.
1st: Oatmeal sweetner and low fat milk

2nd: Couscous 1/4 Chicken breast and mixed veggies

3rd: Couscous 1/4 chicken breast and rest of mixed veggies

4th: Ricecake with plain fatfree cottage cheese

5th: Chicken salad

This morning I did 30min online Intermediate Kickboxing and beginner ab training
This evening I did some strenght training - leaving out my back (Back spasms)

Exercise:
45 min ST w/PT.

Food:
Meal 1: cereal w/rice milk
Meal 2: veggie omelette
Meal 3: Smart Ones lasagna florentine, 1/2 serving CC roast
Meal 4: string cheese, 2 baby carrots (they've gone slimy! ugh!)
Meal 5: grilled cheese sandwich from Sonic

Didn't eat according to my meal plan today much at all. Just kind of took whatever was fastest. The day didn't start out well because when my alarm went off at 5:50, my body said NO!!!! So, I didn't actually get up till nearly 6:45. My one day I can actually get into the gym early enough to do 40 - 45 minutes of cardio, and my body totally rebelled.

I think yesterday's bio lab exam went well and we had another bio lecture exam tonight - supposed to get them both back tomorrow. The last lab test I got back last night was a nifty 102% :) and I got my final grade in chemistry this morning - it was an A! Yahoo! :D
only 3 more semesters of chem to squeeze in between now and the end of the year :)

i finished tonight's test rather quickly and had an hour to kill so I ran home to get in my Wii time. Everytime the Wii records a weight gain it ask for a reason so I've been a bit more conscious about my eating and am starting to notice that I'm not eating enough throughout the day and and up consuming a substantial amount of calories in the evening.

Let the exercise begin (slowly)

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of Wii balance and aerobics. The step aerobics I did while holding Justin (a bit colicky until I held him).

Today was yoga and strength training on the Wii and a brisk 30 minute walk with the baby and stroller.

The next 5 weeks are going to be a bit crazy with Daddy back at summer school (gone from 11AM to 11PM, Monday through Thursday) and then relatives coming to visit so I have to keep up with the house and entertain. I will sneak in workouts when I can.
