It's a Wii Kinda Day

I guess I had to change my goofy pic to something a bit more normal - but, I'll work on my goofy endurance levels :)
I thought I was going to have my Bonus weekend workout today but ended up doing 69 minutes on the Wii and, after 18 miles of biking last night I decided to take the rest of the day off and maybe hit the gym tomorrow. :)

It was a good Wii workout - I did 21 minutes of cardio and the bulk of the remaining 69 minutes was devoted to whatever yoga and strength exercises the Wii recommended I put together.

My balance is definitely improving - for me, that Wii is the greatest invention since the microwave! :)

YESTERDAY'S TOTALS: (HIGH CARB DAY)

1-shredded wheat, banana, lil bit of fat free cottage cheese..not quite a serving.

2-4oz chicken breast, handful of grapes, small amount of unsalted chips and homemade salsa...(I know, Julia said to stay away from those tortilla chips, but I have weekness for chips and salsa. At least until the bag is gone, i hate wasting.)

3- celery and 100% peanut butter

4-fresh turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, few bites of fat free cottage cheese

5- about 1/4 of a super burrito(chicken, beans, rice, lil cheese...green sauce)
