Day 2

TODAY IS DAY 2

Todays Thoughts: Spent yesterday evening looking over the GHF workouts. I'm going to switch to the Phase 5, 3 day a week program and split up the workouts so that I can run a little bit every day. I'm just addicted to running in the morning and really miss it when I don't find the time:-) I planned out my workouts for the next two weeks. I'll reassess then based on my results.

Start bf%: 37.5% (according to Tanita Scale)
Current bf%: 37.5%
Total lbs lost: 0
Total " lost from waist: 0
Total bf% lost: 0%

Havnt been able to post for a while... apparently it wouldnt work in internet explorer....

Here is what I am eating today....

0600- 1 bowl of grape nuts. Skim milk

1100- Salmon and noodles.

2pm- Tuna w/ crackers. A few lychees.

5pm- Tuna w/ crackers. A few Lychees.

9 or 10 pm- not sure.....

Workout....

I will look at the work out routine that does not require equipment because I will be away for a few weeks and figured I to get used to that routine now.
