I wanted to sleep all day today, but kicked myself out of bed at 10am. Had breakfast. Shortly after had my Phase 3, Week 4, Workout 1(I didn't get to the gym yesterday, so today was my "Monday"). I did 35min of intervals on the Treadmill. I wanted to do more cardio, but I was pressed for time and still had to get meal two in there somewhere. That's why I do my runnings on Sundays, for days like this. Well, I had my lunch, ran my errands, came home had dinner, then a snack. Now I'm here. By the way, it was beautiful outside!
1- 10:30am-- 3 Eggs(1 whole, 2 whites) and a piece of plain whole wheat toast.
