Light Wii yesterday and a staggering four salads over the preceding two days which is somewhat unprecedented along w/ plenty of turkey sandwiches, yogurt, milk, bananas ...things like that. (also 1-2 boiled egg whites w/ each salad & fat free Ranch dressing)
I'm still waiting for a few "upticks" on the scale (Wii balance board) to see my new weight range. I've had three days of down weight along w/ a sideways movement yesterday but I know I'm out of the 280-285 range for sure since last two check-ins have been around 275 lbs.
No lifting w/ Dad on Wednesdays now due to Wed chem class starting a bit earlier this semester.
