Anyway...
Meal One:(9am) I slept through it :(
Meal Two:(11am) 6oz(normal size can) of Tuna Fish mixed with Salsa, and 2 servings(10 crackers) of Mulit-grain Saltine Crackers. 8oz glass of that sugar free juice stuff(I think it's like Crytal Light. I'm not a huge fan, but I don't want to waste it.
Snack One:(1pm) 2 Tbsp of 100% Peabut butter :P Mmm
Meal Three:(2:45pm) 4oz Chicken & 2 medium Strawberries
Workout:(3:20pm) Went to gym and did Phase 3, Week 3, Workout 1. Pressed for time so I came home to do Cardio. I went Jogging/Walking(fast) for 2.8 miles, IT WAS TOO HOT TODAY! I did 'bout 30min!! Which is fine, but I usually can go way longer.
