So far I have only gone walking twice and done one Wii workout (this morning). Planning on going walking once it cools down tonight.
Nutrition was garbage over the weekend for one reason - fail to plan, plan to fail.
After my nap, I am going to cook up some extra lean meatballs, some pasta and maybe some brown rice so I have things on hand to throw together a quick meal. Already have some grilled chicken breast, and a salad mix, plus tomatoes on the vine almost ready to pick.
Oops someone woke up...so much for me sneaking in a quick 20 winks.
