I'm sleepy...

I really don't feel like blogging...just sleeping. I've had the hardest time getting up in the morning. I was doing fine for a while. I'd get up at 9 and eat by 9:30. Lately I'm lucky if I'm up by 10:30. So, I eat at 11...now my meals are off. So, I try not to each my starchy meals after 3. But anyway, I missed another meal today. So my calories are about 400 calories off, which is breakfast... so yeah.

I'm just going to give my calories for the day, it's 9:45pm and I'm about to pass out.

Regaurless of me missing my meal I ate well today.

Cal = 1083
Fat = 20g
Carb = 101g
Fbr = 13g

Feeling the Changes!

I am definitely feeling the changes - We've moved to the GHF Phase I push/pull program, added the C25K on Monday and hit the heavier bench reps Monday as well ...and maybe the long bike ride on Sunday morning plays a part in this too but I have been TIRED - and just a bit sore but all in good places.

The higher ab reps are a result of the GHF program which states to go to failure w/ the crunches and we've maintained the Ab Lounge Crunches we were doing initially but it's been making a difference. I'm definitely noticing more meat on my arms and the tops of my thighs are pretty sore today from Monday evening's run.

excuses removed - pumping iron again.

Hubby has removed all of his math books from the home gym and weight bench so he could start working out again. He is a community college instructor so he gets loads of sample texts from the publishers. Scott, if you want to come out to SoCal to pick em up I'll cook a nice healthy dinner for the 3 of us, but I don't think they will fit on the motorcycle.

Anyway, I finally snuck in a workout of my own today. I am going to step back to bodybuilding phase 2 3-days/week in order to ease back into things. I am not sure I will have time to do all of the exercises during nap time, but I will modify if I have to, or do half in the morning and half in the afternoon. I'll still use the Wii for Yoga, balance and aerobics, but I just didn't feel that the strength exercises were doing anything for me except hurting my ankles.
