Well, today I looked at my schedule (work, personal and all that) and realized I have plenty of time if I just set it aside.

Trying to tackle my nutrition as well--had leftovers today instead of grabbing something quick. I did however eat a Hardee's B&G for breakfast (dodges pencils thrown at me). I know! Horrible breakfast--Tomorrow I pick up groceries so I need to pick up more egg beaters and fat free cheese.
