Falling back into old habits

Seems as though I've let my calorie intake slip into the 900-1000 range these past two weeks. Not too good. I've been getting in a ton of protein though, and my fat intake is way down.

I decided to add a little more to my runs. I don't want to get stuck in a rut and like to change it up now and then. So here's the run I've been doing this week. I dropped the incline on my hills a little. Last time I took a spin class with my sister she noted that my legs looked very muscular (which would be great except for the layer of fat in the back) so I decided to bring my inclines down a little and drop a little resistance in my spin class.

Just plum TIRED out! Ran a few errands after work and then simply crashed. Did nothing all evening except load some laundry. I guess this will have to be counted as one of my "days off" and I'll have to determine to exercise Sat. and Sun. instead. Although I'm not sure yet what all I'm going to be cramming into this weekend.
Felt like having wine again last night - 2 glasses. Got to get back out of that habit. But it's just so relaxing. I wonder if they make 0 calorie wine? If not, someone should invent it.

Actually hungry

I think this has been the first time in months when I was eating breakfast, lunch and a small dinner with a snack in-between and actually felt hungry. I am keeping track and just small amounts to be satisfied but am trying to eat 3 to 5 times a day, exercise and maintain a healthy weight. I finally bought some low calorie foods to make a good salad for lunch with some grilled chicken and then tunafish and wheat crackers for dinner with fresh fruits to snack on, grapes and a banana.
2 days in a row now I have eaten 3 regular meals and a small snack in the afternoon and around 9pm when I have to take medicine and haven't gained weight.

Well, today I looked at my schedule (work, personal and all that) and realized I have plenty of time if I just set it aside.

1735-1820 Kickboxing

Trying to tackle my nutrition as well--had leftovers today instead of grabbing something quick. I did however eat a Hardee's B&G for breakfast (dodges pencils thrown at me). I know! Horrible breakfast--Tomorrow I pick up groceries so I need to pick up more egg beaters and fat free cheese.
