Ok, so today is the day before I start. I am excited, a little bit nervous but most of all ready to begin.
I have my new workout plan and should be getting my nutritional plan soon and until then, I will just make wise choices.
I lost 70 pounds 1 1/2 years ago and somehow 10 has crept back on and I just can't seem to get rid of it - so I have enlisted the help of professionals to help get me back on track.
I hope that I can be an encouragement to others and I welcome any/all advice as I start back down the road of weight loss and better health.
