I'm going to start putting my workouts first in my blogs so I can scroll through my blogs and see what I've done without having to drill into any individual blog.
I had an early morning lab on Friday and didn't get over to my parents house early enough to workout with my Dad but, we did have enough time to enjoy a nice breakfast together. My parents left at 5 a.m. this morning for a week's vacation so I'll be on my own with the workouts. Fortunately, I was able to make up Friday's workout today.
