Finally off plateau

It took my 6 months to lose 10 lbs., but I did it & it's off for good. I was working-out so much, I knew if I didn't quit it would change. I changed from working-out 1 1/2 hrs 6 days to 45 min. work-out 3 days a week & 1 hr cardio 4 days a week. Also, I found I had to increase my calories by 200 a day. I wasn't getting enough before. Gosh, I stayed the same weight for 13 weeks. However with the 10 lbs. I lost 2 inches in my waist, hips and thigh!!! Today I have a busy schedule, so eatting only 4 meals alittle larger. Meal#1 1c. oatmeal w/protein freeze(cal.250) 3 lg. decaf coffee(cal.18

Newbie Thoughts

So I just signed up yesterday and wondering what's to come. Seems like I've been filling out tons of stuff already, like I do for my son each year when school starts! :-) As I look thru the website at all the resources I think "When will I have time to read all this stuff!" That's just how my mind works, but I'm sure I'll be spending many hours diving in deep to all of it. I'm totally addicted to finding out MORE about healthy living all the time, just wish I had more time to devote to it is all. My house is dusty, but I sure know alot about the enteric nervous system and how important it is your immune system! ha ha! Was never big on dusting anyways :-)

also took a 12 min stroll around campus after the treadmill work at a leisurely pace so maybe another 1/2 mile there.

Note: Pikes Peak Ascent 7,815 ft
At 6,000' Pressure is 620 mm Hg (18% less than at sea level)
At 14,115' Pressure is 430 mm Hg (43% less than at sea level)
