Treadmill 0.76 miles, 23:00

It was a rather slow and short walk today - according to my running spreadsheet, I averaged 1 mph! LOL
It was test day on Thursday so I only got 90 minutes of sleep in on Wednesday night and I forgot to bring my workout clothes to school yesterday. I did pick up my race packet for this Saturday.

My first time

This is my first blog ever. I did this to give myself credibilty and accountability to reach my goals. Yesturday, I did the first day of my Strength Training. I was worried about feeling totally lopsided because it was a total anterior, upper body type of workout with a few triceps put in. I also ran 3 miles on the treadmill (would have rather done it outside, but it was raining) and I feel pretty good today. I didn't workout today, because I am "Racing for the Cure" in tomorrow's 5 K. I am also digesting the content of the GHF diet plan, and although I am overwhelmed, I have started the process of protein/carb combinations and cutting out the starchy carbs at night. I plan to begin my cycling on Sunday night.
