I'm behind in my workouts this week, but that's how night shifts affect my schedule. I finally got up early enough to fit in a workout before my shift. It was gloomy on my drive to the gym and just pored moments after getting in. It was the first time I did my cardio in a lighting storm. I'm sure my RPMs spiked during the thunder booms, fortunately we never lost any electrical services. My weights went well and I felt good and relaxed on my drive home. Time to go to work again.
