It was a light workout today. I wanted to get my Dad back working out (as well as myself) and we needed to avoid the Valsalva maneuver to keep from exacerbating an eye injury. If I need to get my fix w/ heavier weights then I'll just pop into a gym sometime. It's finals week at school so, heavy weights (or much of anything else) aren't too much of a concern at this time.
