I'm recovered from my injuries now so I can fully exercise again.
Although today the first snow fell, a good 10cm so I'll have to be more careful while biking now.
the diet so getting there but not totally good yet.

Calories: 2,134

Fiber: 46.6g
Protein: 137.9g

I even survived a late-night trip of eating out with some friends. My girlfriend's (Sara, as I'll refer to her as from now on) brother wanted to go for a bit of a drive to another town and eat a restaurant there... and it was about 10:00 pm. I was a little hungry, and in the past it would have been easy for me to order a gigantic meal and devour it all before I went to bed. But I drank some water and just sat and talked and ate a little bit of what was left over from Sara's plate.

Muscle Gain Plateau?

Hello,

I've not posted anything for a while, because I haven't seen much change. I'm now on week 7 workout, and I've only gained 3 lbs (up from 130 lbs to 133 lbs when I started this program). I feel much fitter, but I'm just not packing any muscle mass. I've followed the program accordingly, and taking in about 2700 calories/ day. I've been told I'm a slow gainer, so I'm wondering how many people out there share the same situation as me? Maybe I should see more progressive changes in weeks 12 - 24 ?

Any suggestions?
