Treadmill 3.10 miles, 45:43, 549kcal, 269 vertical
Sleep won last night over both late night studying and working out. I'll pick up this morning where I left off last night.
I liked the efficiency of Wednesday's treadmill work, it took almost 20 minutes less time than it did Tuesday yet burned more calories :)
