Today its my first day of bloging ,Im planing my workouts for next week, feeling good, motivated, I begining my diet plan since tuesday , today I have a high carb day, and I think I did it right, Im journaling inmy pda and that keep me accountable and truthfull to myself. work for me the low Carb days 3 in a row and 4 days of high carbs works for me, my cravings are bread and candies, but when I can schedule bread in the mornings and have them and not deprive me of them seems to work too,but not candies that is out of site out of mind.
