My workouts are going well. This week starting on Monday,strength training
Tuesday - ran 3.5 miles (31 minutes)
Wednesday - Pilates advanced mat class
Thursday - strength training and 6x45 second intervals on treadmill, 6.0 mph off/8.5 mph on
Friday - off
Saturday - ran 3.5 miles (31 minutes)
Sunday - 10 K program on Ellyptical trainer (54 minutes with 3 min warm-up and 5 minutes cool down)
Now, I really have to get moving on the hi/lo carb rotation plan. My problem continues to be eating enough at the right times and not eating for large periods of time. I know what I'm supposed to do, I just am having trouble getting organized enough in the morning to pack my lunches.
