My workouts are going well

My workouts are going well. This week starting on Monday,strength training
Tuesday - ran 3.5 miles (31 minutes)
Wednesday - Pilates advanced mat class
Thursday - strength training and 6x45 second intervals on treadmill, 6.0 mph off/8.5 mph on
Friday - off
Saturday - ran 3.5 miles (31 minutes)
Sunday - 10 K program on Ellyptical trainer (54 minutes with 3 min warm-up and 5 minutes cool down)

Now, I really have to get moving on the hi/lo carb rotation plan. My problem continues to be eating enough at the right times and not eating for large periods of time. I know what I'm supposed to do, I just am having trouble getting organized enough in the morning to pack my lunches.

1/2 Century Man, Week 10, Weights 1 - Cardio 0 - Super Sets 4

I missed my cardio workout after work tonight. I've never seen the gym's cardio section so busy on a Sunday night. It was inconvenient for me but I guess that's good for all those new members. Anyway, I did get in a good workout. My shoulder was really tight from my last weights session, but I worked it out. Happy with my abs and back extension progression. Good burn and no pain. I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow. I'll try and get in a good cardio tomorrow. One day at a time.

Stiff-leg Deadlift 15 x 50lb, 15 x 60
Seated Calf Raise 15 x 80lb
Standing Calf Raise 15 x 80lb
Seated Calf Raise 15 x 90lb
