so i have to make a few changes to schedule i was given seein as for two days i was flying and could not get any time to exercise and so my two rest days have been substituted......
i have to motivate myself....i can't believe one of my friends actually said i have added some weight...this for me was such a let down and completelt demotivated me because i know i am busting my *** to achieve the body of my dreams...
well i have decided not to give up so back to todays training:
