I'm getting there with the foods that I eat (or don't eat) and am really enjoying it.
Went down 1 more kg this past week, so far I lost 6kg.
Besides the necessary biking to get to places I don't do any extra excercise. I do bike a lot since I don't have a car - about 3500/4000km a year - but have trouble putting in the extra excercises. I guess its a lack of time, 2 jobs (fulltime + parttime) and my studies.
