I'm just going to take it easy today and let my workout suffice for today's training. I've got a 5K tomorrow. Mainly I just need to keep studying for an upcoming test scheduled for this Tuesday.

LEGS:
Lunges
One leg leg extensions

BACK:
One arm row
Front LAt pull down

BICEPS:
Hammer curls
Bicep curls

FOREARMS:
Reverse wrist curls

Abs:
Crunches
Seated leg lifts

FOOD DIARY:
8:00am - special K red berries cereal with skimmed milk
11:35am - tortilla with tomato and green pepper sauce
2:15pm - 3 slices of chicken and a small kitkat
5:00pm - chicken curry and creamy lentils with a 1/2 a slice of a paratha(aircraft meal)
10:35pm - crackers
11:15pm - muesli with skimmed milk

water drank: 3ltrs

Finish my first week

I finish my workout week today, Im very excited that I manage to did all my workouts, Im happy about that, and also I did some walking and chores outside, its very rewarding for me enjoying the outdoor.
