One more class out of the way and unless the earth starts rotating backwards or something it should be an A for bio - only about 100 more classes to go!

15 minutes of Wii today and I bought a slew of food last night so I'm ready to make some killer salads this week. I found the unsalted sunflower seeds and a bag of soynuts which contain 11g protein per 1/4 cup - lots of new veggies for the salads

also got some oven roasted chicken this time along w/ a pack of oven roasted turkey. The chicken is 10 more calories per slice but also an extra 2g protein per slice so that sounded like a pre

GOALS:
Weigh under 150 by August 1
Weigh 145 by August 11
Be a size 6 by Sept 1
Healthy BMI by Sept 15
Be a size 4 by October 18th
Wear a bikini on Florida trip in October (or atleast look good enough to!)
Find a great new yoga class by September (found a class starting Sept 8 - need to register after Aug 4)
