I can hardly keep my eyes open. My family and I just played a game of "Here & Now" Monopoly...we had to call it quitsss....Anyyyyyyyway....
Meal One: 1/2 cup Oatmeal with a tbsp of 100% Peanut butter, Organic Eggs(1 whole, 1 white)
Meal Two: About 10 baby carrots
Workout(eventhough it's Sunday):went to the gym for a bit, did do too much.
Meal Three: 4oz Chicken Breast, unsalted Chips & homemade Salsa. If you didn't notice...I LOVEEEEEE salsa!
Workout: I went for a 2.75 mi jog/walk around my neighborhood just for fun.
Meal Four: Handful of plain Walnuts
Meal Five: 4oz Chicken Breast with a fresh Salad(romaine lettuce/spinach, baby carrots, tomatoe, cucumber, broccoli spears, unsalted sunflower seeds, and salsa as my dressing)
