Good evening! Whew! What a workout!!! It was good, but now my legs hurt, my big toe keeps popping in its socket, my ligaments feel twisted around to where I'm not sure if I'll ever walk upright again! JK :) It was a good workout, but surprised myself as to how much endurance I've lost since the last time I jogged. Only did 2 miles! (Used to do 5) But that was before these love handles ;) So, I ate good today. Fruit in the morning, salad for lunch, and a decent well rounded meal this evening. I didn't take 2nd helpings! I got my nutrition plan today from Chad. Looking forward to giving that a swing, being that I know nothing about eating healthy!!!! Oh, and if anyone has easy, college student, healthy recipies, please let me know! Funny thing happened today. I had a salad from Burger King since that's the closest to my college. While I was in there, I was so distraught over just eating salad that I forgot my keys to my car on the tray and proceeded to throw my trash away... I get out to my car, and I'm like "This sucks!!" I search high and low in that place for my keys. Finally, I ask the people that work there to let me into the trash cans. LOL... Ever notice that there is a key needed to get into the trash???? Who would want to steal it??? One day, you and your friend are out hanging out, maybe a little drunk, and you go... "Let's go steal some trash!" He's like, "Ya, man! You never know, some idiot might have thrown his keys in there and we'll inherit a VW Passat." Back to my story, I got into the trash, digging around, I skewer a pickle, cold french fries, ketchup flips up on my knuckles, my friends are taking pictures for "Marty on College Budget" Album, finally I get them!" Tomorrow is DEFINITELY going to be a better day... With that, I sign out................................ "To go steal trash from Burger King"
