So, what have I been doing over the past couple of days...well it's all in my diary and I left it at home so will get back to you on that one.
Today I ate:
Meal 1: Egg whites, wholegrain toast, cottage cheese, Coffee
Meal 2: Fish and sweet potato
Meal 3: Salad with duck and coffee
Meal 4: Stir fry veggies and duck
Meal 5: Vege and chicken (when I get home from work)
Other: 1 small chocolate finger biscuit.
Did my weight training today and about 1 - 1 1/2 hours cardio. Felt like I had heaps of energy for the cario, think it was because I had my High Carb day yesterday. Did 1 hour on the cross trainer, burnt about 800 calories (worked off that biscuit!!!)
