Monday - Weights W9D1
Was pleasantly surprised to be able to do a bunch of dips unassisted. Made it through the first set of 12 and 8/10 of the second set with no counter weight. At the start of the program I was working on a very firm zero unassisted. Rest of the workout went well.
Tuesday - Cardio
20 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike varied intensities and got a great sweat. May look at working back into the treadmill soon.
Wednesday - Weights W9D2
Got an sds (super-duper set) of leg workouts in as we mixed in standing leg press, leg extensions and lying leg curls. Skipped lunges again. Also had another pleasant surprise with the front pull ups although didn't go as well as the dips. Managed three unassisted and then had to start using counterweights. Still quite pleased to do three at this point and I know it will improve with time. Over the four sets of pull ups I probably reached exhaustion six times.
