I was planning to stop working with this site because my weight didn't go down but up, but a couple of weeks ago I needed to start wearing my reflecting jacket again and noticed that it fitted a lot better than last winter, so decided to stick around.
I finally had time to put together a workout

Today's workout out:
strenght training: chest cross-overs 12-10-12
cardio: cycling hilly terrain 50min

have noticed that I can get up those hills at sometimes twice the gear than before
