Exercise: 30 min run, chest & triceps
Nutrition:
Meal 1: cottage cheese on top of rice pudding, I made rice pudding w/ brown rice, low carb f/f milk, splenda, cinnamon and nutmeg. I warm it and put cottage cheese on top tastes great. (I made the rice pudding in the crock pot even easier). I use it as a dessert too w/ some s/f cool whip.
Meal 2: turkey and sweet potatoe
Meal 3: chicken pattie and baked potato (I ground up boneless chick breast and added egg whites and different spices and a little oats)
Meal 4: 1/2 Low carb protein bar (I was at work forgot my dinner)
Meal 5: homemade chicken soup veggies only no starchy carbs in it.
