Thanks so much for all the kind words! My husbands brother passed away
in a truck accident out of state only 39 years old with 3 children.
Because it happended out of state services are delayed so it has been a
long horrible week. But I look forward to be back on Monday. And if

Exercise: 30 min run, chest & triceps

Nutrition:

Meal 1: cottage cheese on top of rice pudding, I made rice pudding w/ brown rice, low carb f/f milk, splenda, cinnamon and nutmeg. I warm it and put cottage cheese on top tastes great. (I made the rice pudding in the crock pot even easier). I use it as a dessert too w/ some s/f cool whip.

Meal 2: turkey and sweet potatoe

Meal 3: chicken pattie and baked potato (I ground up boneless chick breast and added egg whites and different spices and a little oats)

Meal 4: 1/2 Low carb protein bar (I was at work forgot my dinner)

Meal 5: homemade chicken soup veggies only no starchy carbs in it.

I have been struggling with some type of bug or virus. I've been forcing myself to eat because the nausea is getting the best of me. Hopefully I'll be up and running soon and back to regular blogs.

Exercise: 3 1 hour kickboxing classes
weight train: hamstrings

Nutrition:

Meal 1: cream of wheat and whey

Meal 2: lean steak and salad

Meal 3: rice cakes and cottage cheese

Meal 4: chicken and broccoli, 1tbsp pb

Meal 5: chicken and broccoli & 1 glass wine.

Notes: I did a lot of cardio today probably should have had more starchy carbs but I felt fine, it might catch up with me tomorrow. I'll add more in then. Feeling good to be back on track except for my evening glass of wine or two.
