The Gateway 1/2 marathon on 11/11 was canceled but I found another one only about two hours away being held a week after my Lewis & Clark 1/2 marathon.
I did a very rapid workout during my lunch hour today and completed it in a little over 40 minutes.

later on - couple handfulls of honey roasted almonds
Smoking - better today since I worked - first pack lasted until about 6 p.m. and I went to bed early so maybe less than 1.5 packs for the day.
