The best thing I did today was to make it to my 2nd Karate workout. I also had a small breakfast before leaving for work (just two pieces of toast but, it's a start) :)
I also brought two apples with to work but I dropped one and it rolled under my car (opps!)

I think yesterday might have been a little light calorie wise as well as pretty unbalanced. I really need to think and plan ahead more regarding my eating behaviors if I want them to improve.
I'm really surprised by how many calories are in some of these foods I eat. The Keebler cookies I had over at my parents tonight were 90 calories EACH! unfortunately, i didn't bother looking at the package until i'd already eaten a dozen or so.

Between the karate, lifting and running I don't think there's a tendon in my body that isn't screaming at me especially around the elbows, knees and neck area.

I've got a 5k tomorrow night in town that I signed up for and, as long as I get some leg movement back I'd hope for something under 40 minutes. We'll see how it goes :)

two starburst fruit chews
bit sized tootsie roll
20 Skittles

~1 p.m.
Chicken Fried Steak
1 cup Corn! :)
1/2 Turkey Sandwich

~2:30 p.m.
8 boneless chicken wings
1 Bud Light

~9:30 p.m.
10-12 Keebler Chocolate Dunking cookies
4-5 cups of sloppy joes (ate extra w/o the buns)
2 hamburger buns
4-5 cups of milk
1-2 cups of corn

SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE!
50 miles running (27.89 miles over 6 sessions)
40 miles biking
10 lifting workouts (3 so far)
Restart Shorin-Ryu Karate - 6 dojo workouts (2 so far!)
