Kind of a slow run tonight mainly due to feeling completely wiped out, tired and just plain exhausted. I had the knees packed in ice the last couple nights and tonight my right hip gets the icy attention.
I think I repeated the phrase "walk out the door" about 50 times tonight to get myself started but it worked and I got my scheduled run in.

I think the eating was fairly clean today ...cleaner than past blogs anyway. I also picked up some bananas, apples and strawberries tonight to go with my veggie tray.

My Sept goal of 50 miles is pretty much in the bag and will be hit on Friday night w/ my 5k run. I'm thinking I should top 70 miles before the month is over.

I'm way too tired to stay up and look up all the nutritional content but, I still kept track of everything I ate.
I also found another 1/2 marathon to take the place of the one that got canceled. It's on the same date as the one that was canceled and it's also the same run as the first 1/2 marathon I did this year. :)

Run/Walk Intervals
8, five minute intervals and the first four were 3min run/2min walk while the last four intervals were 2min runs with 3 minute walks.
